What games you intend to play first?

Cos if it's FPS or similar games, you need to up your budget with about 40k since it's new one you looking for.

RN 7 or 8 if you can find it new but if you want to play games on high settings like PUBG, you need to up your budget.
Coming here to read about how someone thought an entry-level device failed to play PUBG smoothly on high settings is tiring.
