let it drain to zero... Then charge it back

try using the battery till it gets to 0 then charge.

Or try using another charger to know the exact problem

discharge your phone totally, then try charging it back to 100% without usage

before you buy a Techno phone, make sure carlcare isn't far from your home.

The TECNO Pouvoir 3+ is what my lady friend is using. When I bought my own Camon 15, I ask her to let us exchange phones, she refused totally saying her Pouvoir 3+ is still working perfectly and efficiently, maybe that your own needs a doctor because the Pouvoir 3+ is one of TECNO BEST PRODUCT.

this is so not true, a 6000 mAh battery will last way more than that, I use the Camon 12 air that comes with a 4000 mAh battery and it lasts more than that. Please stop spreading unnecessary lies
