I've been having this constipation for over a year. I take laxatives it stops temporarily and then continues again. Without taking vegetables and some other fruits I can't pass out faces , nothing will even come out not to talk of being hard. please if there's any drug or any other thing you can recommend for me please do.

Take liquid paraffin.

Gestid is not for constipation. It's for acid reflux or heartburn caused by indigestion or acidic food.

Take 10ml after meal thrice a day.

Gestid is not for constipation let alone chronic constipation. It will worsen the condition.

Try Lactulose, liquid paraffin, milk of magnesia(do not use this one regularly or it can damage kidney).

Also try Ducosate sodium and use it sparingly.

Do not use these laxatives together. Try them one at a time till you find the one that works for you.

For lasting solution see a doctor and run a colonoscopy procedure.
