Just now Due to the outbreak of the much dreaded African Swine Fever (ASF) disease that swept across pig farms in Nigeria a few months back, we had to take drastic measures in protecting our farms and the interests of our investors by ensuring that the disease does not come anywhere near our farm. One of the measures taken was the willingness to stall the ongoing expansion project which was in top gear before the news of African swine fever emerged. Finally, we are quite happy and excited to announce that the ASF epidemic has abated tremendously and none of our animals were affected in any way while the epidemic raged. We have once again commenced work on our farm. The once stalled construction of our pigpens is now underway, and we will be bringing you updates as we continue to strive towards becoming one of the biggest pig producers in Africa.
