Hello my phone got stolen on Tuesday in the night and my atm was carried along too before I could go back home and block it the thives have already order something on jumia about 370k that night around 10:18 so the next day I rushed to the bank and fill dispute form..I just want to know if it's possible for the money to be reserved bank said I should give them 7 working days[b][/b]

Try to call Jumia customer care or explore all their online channels to let them know that the purchase did not emamnate from you since it will take 3-7days on the average for delivery.Try and block the ATM.Sorry for your loss Bro. 1 Like |
