Fellow nairalanders, From the first time I heard about the DATA CAPTURING MACHINE Inec is going to conduct the election with, I was did not want to fault the cash demanded by Inec to conduct the elections because I believe the "machines" are going to be very expensive. The day I registered I wanted to ask for the so called DATA CAPTURING MACHINE I felt we are going to see it on the voting day. I never knew it was the (made in Burundi) laptop computer and web cam that is the data cap machine. And not only that, the so called controversial ballot papers that was used, when I saw it I was surprised if this is what JEGA printed in Japan? What i saw was just a piece of paper with party logos, it looks ordinary. Please I need answers. Is laptop and web cam the DATA CAPTURING MACHINE Jega was talking about?
