Thanks, this seems to be America though. Do you know if there is one in Nigeria? Also I'd like to go for the reduction to fit into clothes better. |

KidDarkness:I think they will still be beautiful if they were smaller and my back didn't hurt so much though. My clothes also don't fit me correctly. I just don't want them to be so prominent or hurt my back. That's all. |

GirlsDoItBetter:Try laying down with your back to the bed. Go for frequent massages. I can only imagine how jogging will cause a lot of discomfort |

KidDarkness:Ah no meds, but sometimes take paracetamol when it's very painful. That is good advice about yoga, I'll check out some YouTube videos. It's quite hard to find bras the right size unfortunately 1 Like |

GirlsDoItBetter:You mean breast reduction? I once read of a natural remedy for boobs size reduction sans surgery. I'll get back to you on that info if I find it. But for the back pain, your boobs look great on you in the pic though.  The size below looks mad cool/okay on any woman. 1 Like 1 Share

It's not a weblink that I'm trying to find for you in my archives, but an actual publication which I still saw as of last year, and it would blow your mind. You'll not need any reduction surgery, but naturally get it done! I'll have to send the large-size info images to you via email attachments. So send me your email address by first following my profile then click on the "send email" link on my profile. Max on Monday next week, I would have found the publication and mailed you back. NOTE: I read sometime back that "reduction surgery" can make breastfeeding no longer possible. So it is best to always get a second or third opinion before embarking on a plan to do a surgery or use alternatives to surgery! In addition... Get a good "sports bra(s)" for your breast size (larger-breasted women) in the interim to reduce the breast strain/pain since you live in the UK... The "Moving Comfort" is a global brand of sports bras that makes an eclectic mix of all sizes. Second, what's your average body weight/height? At what age did you first notice the back pains? Weight indeed has an effect on breast size. Third, resistance exercises such as push-ups, dumb-bells, etc, can gradually reduce breast size/pain.
