Dear All, Please, i need help in putting together severance packages a staff is supposed get when his appointment is terminated because of a fault not his. Assuming the staff has spent 5 years. Thank you. |

If you are a full staff, it is 6 months salary. However check you appointment letter |

It depends on the organization and I learnt they use basic salary to calculate it. I believe there are experts and professionals in the house that can be of help. |
