Not every TB is with a cough. ALTHOUGH they are less common.

There's abdominal TB, spinal TB, genitourinary TB.

It could also be h. Pylori infection which is more likely.
Hope it's not stomach cancer too,(Hpylori infection increases the risk of one getting stomach cancers) do you get full easily after eating little?

Ask to See a gastroenterologist.

It is also possible that you are being reinfected somehow.

Also have you tried dietary modifications to ease your symptoms?

TB. do you mean tuberculosis ? if it were to be tuberculosis then i should have been coughing by now but I don't have any cough. But one thing I am now very sure of is that this thing is an infection.
