I attended one around 2002. We sang sang and sang. There some songs you sing on your seat, some on your knee and some on your feet. That was time for vision telling and time for holy communion. Sermon and the marriage proper. If you are a member of the church everything will be strange. Bear it in mind you can't go in with your shoes. We kept our shoes in our bags.

I have seen many Christian and muslim weddings but I have never seen a Cele wedding before.

Have you seen cele church wedding before?
How is it done.?
How do they dress?

Not rare! My mum lost interest in the place not long after and I stopped letting myself get dragged places too

Seriously is there nobody on the whole nairaland who has seen a Cele church wedding
in the last 5 years

My grandmother will be getting married in a Cele church soon. Watch out for invitation on this thread. I promise you will have first hand information. Cheers.
