I’m honestly selling it as investment land banking for near future use. Lots of people are living there and buildings are springing up, but it’s a new site.

I also like to under promise but over deliver.

My suggestion is to do a site visit, either physically or remotely via Google map.

Customer confidentiality is a given at any of my enterprises, but let me give you a tidbit.

All, with no exception, are premium folks. Most on here but some off here. Most are “abrodians” but some are here in Nigeria.

How does this affect your purchase?

You can be rest assured that you’re at least next door to high caliber home owners should they decide to build.

This matters because the buildings that are erected will dictate the value of the neighborhood.

Excellent news for our subscribers. The railroad has been installing concrete electricity poles along the railroad line and allegedly getting ready to construct the roads.

Only one excellent corner plot is left until next year when prices will most definitely start at N1M.

the Ido to Omi road is currently being constructed, did you notice? Also the light there is extremely good.

The development around the general area is staggering. I flew a drone there this weekend and I myself couldn’t believe the development. What I was giving a three year plan for my happen in two.

Materials and labor at absolute cost, no up charge. Our fee is just 10% of the total project.
