I am a graduate of second class upper from the University of Benin 2019. There was no NYSC for the year 2020 for new graduates. I cannot even proceed for clearance now because of our financial state. What kind of degree is that ma'am? Second class upper of which department? Or since when did second class upper became a course of study in school?  Please enlighten me.. Thank you! |
