Seems like a Gutenberg block. Install a classic editor to see if the problem rectified. |

Try using a classic editor on phone because block editor only works on laptop. |

Wisdomclass1:You can search for the WordPress plugin, Disable Gutenberg and install. Aside being plug-n-play, it is more robust than the in-house Classic editor plugin. It also has extra features such as allowing you to disable Gutenberg for certain roles, post types, page templates, and post IDs.
