Probably switched it off while loading or perhaps power shortage, either ways you need to format it...

Hard disc error, update via usb, it would be wiped, if hdd issue is acute, ur good, if its chronic, it would happen few more times till hdd die

Also happened to me, just select cancel and console will switch off, then you switch it on again. The console will then boot normally.
