Am not sure if this is going to work since you said youve checked ur google account to recover it... BUT

go to your mail (gmail) (WEB) click on the google apps and select the contact app...

second option go to your IG (WEB) go to settings click on manage contact (probably you've sync your contacts to d IG this should help)

I Lost All My Phone Contacts. I mistakenly deleted From The BIN And Can't Be Recovered From Google

Please I have an urgent matter as I'm writing this to you now I mistakenly deleted my contacts from my phonebook.

My contacts was not showing correctly with so many duplicates so I intended to delete them and restore them didn't know once you delete from your Bin you cannot recover them.

Please I would like to know there will be any solution to this problem.

Or if there is any android App to download..

1. Next time, use "Google Contact" on your phone and turn on sync. It can even merge and fix duplicate numbers.


2. Install "SuperBackUp" on your phone and link it up to your Google Drive. As it backs up your calls, sms, and contacts, it sends to cloud.

Finally all my contacts have been restored.

You were right.. Instagram (Web version) and Telegram synchronise contacts.
