You're IP address might be temporary blocked by nairaland. This happens if you are banned too many times by the mod and you open different account. You can create many account name but your IP address is always the same and phone number. It happened to my airtel line beginning of this year I could not access nairaland because my IP address was blocked

I'm using Airtel and experiencing the same thing. I don't only experience it with Nairaland but also with a few other sites.

I use airtel too...

But blocking of IP can't really work individually in Nigeria because many people share the same IP and user agent
