HELLASJ:no iam not a quack builder, but again this your question is just one of the many things that are wrong with the black race especially Nigeria. We attach too much respect to certificate when we all know how certificate is acquired in our country. Someone with the practical knowledge won't be considered for a job ahead of a zero practical knowledge with a piece of paper he got from somewhere he alone can explain how. |
