I transferred 44500 into my UBA account, I previously had 58 naira in the account as I don't use it much, but to my surprise, my balance was 4666. On calling the bank, they told me I made a payment which I wasn't debited for, I simply asked the lady how someone can make a payment when there was no money in the account, and I got o answer. Please how do I report this bank?

Go to their branch and tender your previous balance account and your last credits and what you should have at the moment... They will sort things out... |

Happens to me once. Was there a time you you received good faith reversal from UBA. They completed the investigation and found out the money entered the person account. Think!!! |

With the above advice from the FTC, also ask for your Bank Statement to know what is really happening with your account in full. Wish you all d best. |

UBA and their wahala. Weeks ago I did a transfer, I was debited but the other party wasn't credited. After some days, I went to a branch to complain. They promised to reverse the transaction same day but it wasn't so. I had to wait for many days with numerous calls before they could return my 14k. They still owe me the charges they took for the failed transaction. |
