3 days ago I was laying down on my bed, pressing my phone. All of a sudden it was as if a wave swept over me and I started feeling intense cold, the cold was so severe that even my blankets and bed was still cold. I had to fd myself while shaking. After that I managed to sleep.

The next day the cold reduced but I started feeling something else, first I was feeling weakness all over my body, my muscles were weak, it became extremely difficult to stand up properly even to walk became an issues.

Then heat started together with intense headache and then I became restless, from my waist down to my legs felt painful, if I try to sleep I would not be able to.
Anywhere I laid, be it bed or chair I felt restless, I was almost crying due to the intense pains.

My mouth became extremely bitter, food tasted so bitter even water tasted bitter but had to force myself to eat so that I could take my drugs.

This is the third day although I have gotten better but I am still feeling some slight symptoms like intense cold and general weakness of body and slight headaches.

Right now I am having dry mouth and nasal congestion my mouth kinda taste salty.

P.S
I don't know what kinda condition is this. It's symptoms are similar to malaria but I'm doubting if it's malaria fever coz I am familiar with malaria fever symptoms.
