Saying the word "I'm sorry, I was wrong" takes a lot of self discipline to come out. Like most people don't like to admit they are wrong even when they're wrong. To some people they believe it will belittle them. Some believe it's a shame on their ego.

Some will admit but with a lot of excuses and argument. I believe admitting to be wrong when you're wrong has a way of giving you peace of mind. My heart is always clear of guilt and I'm always at peace whenever I'm wrong and I admit and apologies.

How about you? Do you admit so easily, or you just behave unaffected?

Yes, I learn myself that obstinate head and mind result accept not or not admitting your mistakes. You inclined with lying and claim to cover everything. Many time to come out good, u need not to argue only but also let the fear and ego of belittle go

I can tell a person "I'm sorry" on social media but I always feel ashamed, shy to say it physically

That's why whenever I feel that I have wronged a person, I will joke with him/her in a way that we will get back on track then I will be forced to say sorry
