Pls help out....prepaid gurus in the house....my Amite prepaid meter is showing this sign on the screen and I am not getting electricity on my flat despite the that I am still have some unit left.

Call an electrician. What you posted is a switch in the off position

Go to the customer service center of your electricity distribution company to lodge a complaint. They will come and fix it themselves, don't call an electrician because you may be accused of tampering with the meter.
