Careerdemy Apprentice programme

Careerdemy is an Initiative of Reliance infosystems limited to address the problem of accessing skilled employees in the professional workplace environment and unemployment among young graduates.
Careerdemy will assist in providing employable IT related skills, free certification and soft skills to help unemployed improve their chances of becoming employable.
Duration: The Initiative will run for 6 months depending on the applicants Career track.
Our ideal candidates are recent graduates from the University or Polytechnic, someone who is confident, has a flair for learning and growing. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, strong problem-solvers, out of the box thinkers, possess strong logical reasoning abilities and are able to thrive in a challenging and fast paced work environment. In addition, such persons must possess the following:
• University graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing, Social Sciences, or any related fields
• Should have completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps)
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Participants who will be applying for the Programming and ERP Implementation tracks must have Intermediary Programming knowledge e.g. C#, C++, python etc.
