Good afternoon everyone. I have been facing difficulties receiving payments through my website. I am a freelance designer and most of my clients are from the states. I use flutterwave for as my payment gateway and most times my clients do say they are not allowed to make international payments. This is not every time, but it happens most times. So it becomes a thing of luck. Some payments can go through, some can't. The flutterwave customer service is to me the poorest I have come across. They don't even respond to complaints. I try sending them messages on Instagram, Facebook, even mails and I will wait till eternity. Does anyone experience this too? And what are the best ways to get them to respond to complaints?

I can't even login to my Flutterwave dashboard for more than two months now.

I hope they're not running down
