For me, most times when Im coming back at night and I'm already stressed out, I just dash into a hot spot canteen for take a away. I don't eat in. .

My usual, is a plate of eba/good soup and pepper soup which usually goes for 600.
I hardly eat rice at canteens because no body makes stew to my satisfaction. Jollof is out of it because even at parties these days, it's concoction they make.
