I bought a UK used iPhone 7 for my kid brother a month plus now and everything was working fine not until this morning that he called to complain that the phone has stopped connecting to Internet likewise WiFi.
He said if he connect it to his friend's wifi, nothing will work. Like his WhatsApp and facebook, nothing with connect to internet.

Please what could be wrong. As anyone experience this before? What's the way out of this? Please your suggestions means a lot. Thanks

Let him try other hotspots, if he doesn’t work he needs to do a soft reset or so, the ones using the buttons, if that doesn’t work you need to reset the network settings, if that doesn’t work he needs to back up and reset\flash the phone
