Is INDEPENDENCE the problem?

Surely it's not.
Are you trying to convince me that you'd prefer to be a well fed slave than a man of your own? That's if you were even well fed.

Human liberty and freedom is second to none. Other things comes after.

The nationalists lived and saw it themselves and decided to revolt and ask for freedom.
Are you now saying they shouldn't have?

INDEPENDENCE is not the problem.

The problem is us.
Yeah, the problem of Nigeria is the Nigerian.

We are the problem from our homes to Abuja.

You're the father at your home, how good is your fathership?

You're the village chairman, how good is your chairmanship?

The councilor, LG chairman, the Governor, State House of reps, DG of any ministry or industry. How good are you in your own area of surveillance?

Okay, you want me to rush to Abuja and blame the FG?
No, I wouldn't.
Let's talk the grassroot.
Maybe then you'll see that yeah, Nigerian is the problem of Nigeria.

Those there were merely a low class Nigerian like me and you, but when they got power, they misutilized it.
That's why I told you that we are the problem.
If we should be a better Nigerian to our Nigerianship, then we'll be better and you won't frown at the mention of Independence.

Independence is not the problem.
The problem is how we've handled our independency.

Change is constant and we can change today to get it right upwards.

If we are to blame anything aside the Nigerians, that should be Amalgamation, not independence.
