You are better off praying for yourself and this because Jesus Christ taught His followers how to do that. Your prayers become effective when you submit to and live in continuous obedience of the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ, not just as far as prayer is concerned.

Praying for yourself works faster.

If the unrighteous pray for the sinner will God Hear?

If the Unrighteous prays for the righteous will God Hear?

Or if a sinner prays, will God Hear?

None. Evidences show you're all on your own. How do u reconcile those that died praying for things non religious people have in abundance. Life doesnt run differently or play out differently in countries like China where they don't do religion. They live, they die just like us. Some get lucky, something an Africa man will quickly attribute to God. Some dont get lucky and yet,they dont pray. The only difference is, they live better. All the things you need prayer for here, they've achieved them. Is like having 2 children, you love one so much because he talks to u always and try to know u more while the other one doesnt care. But the child that doesnt care get more benefits from you directly or indirectly. You can say all you want about ignorance, lack of faith. There are few conclusions we can draw. Either you don't care as much as the other child thinks you do, or you dont exist. You only live in his head.
