Hello NLs good morning, please I need your help with something that has to do with my health. For sometime now I've been unable to defecate without doing it with pain and recently it comes with b***d,it happened sometime ago but stopped. I was thinking maybe it was because I changed apartment,I'm a student and I recently moved to a new place with public toilet and bathroom. Please guys I need your advice and medical recommendations, thank you and God bless.. Admin please push it to the front page.. |

Try taking a laxative if your stool is strong.
Do more of veggies and fruits for the time being. You may need to see a doctor if symptoms persist 1 Like |

Buy liquid paraffin by SKD and drink it as recommended. Add lots of waterleaves to your soup.. Then come back here to thank me. 1 Like |
