Our client, a Montessori School is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role. They support the leadership role, and perform administrative and operational tasks to maintain an effective and well-organized office.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must be ready to move to a teaching role after a few months
• Should have a good knowledge of preparing a curriculum
• Maintain and co-ordinate the effective operation of the Learning Director’s daily and annual calendar, including ensuring all required paperwork for events, appointments and meetings in good time prior to the meeting.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a post-graduate degree in Education from an accredited college or university
• Registered with Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria, TRCN
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the education sector, preferably where you have provided complex, administrative support to staff in senior leadership roles.
