Our client, a reputable organisation in the telecommunications industry is looking at filling the role of a Project Manager.

Job Summary:
The candidate is accountable for organizing telecom systems installation projects, responsible for recruiting team members, allocating tasks, setting goals and deadlines, handling documentation, and consulting with customers.

Job Description:
1. The first owner of network safety and stability. Be responsible for the customer satisfaction rate of the networks;
2. Be responsible for the project team management;
3. Internal and external communication management. Effectively manage the customer's expectations on maintenance service. Be responsible for customer’s satisfaction of maintenance service;
4. Lead the team to complete warranty/post-warranty contracts analysis, proactively confirm the service scope and O&M regulation with customer and output maintenance plan accordingly. Manage the service delivery according to confirmed scope and plan.
5. Based on contract SLA and agreed scope to deliver the maintenance service, ensure the quality of service;
6. Resource planning and management. Improve the efficiency of resource.

Requirements:
• Proven Project Management or other relevant experience, with a minimum of 7 years.
• Project Management certifications is a plus.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization, including the executive and C-levels.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
