I was born into a Christian home, my parents are church workers, I was even a chorister then.... so ever since I lost my parents some years ago, I have never being interested in anything religion despite my parents commitments

So what's stopping you from being an atheist ?

Neither atheism nor theism makes you special or guarantees anything useful



But I don't think anyone can stop you from being an atheist if your situation doesn't make God real to you

Brother, i have once been in this kind of Conditions many times, I understand what is going on but be strong it will soon be over and at the end i assured you that you will soon laugh once you remember it, it happens to me when things are not going well with me, here is little of my story, I work hard to gather money so that I can go back to school, my family rejected me, i only have three clothes, i cant go out or even Church because no cloth, everyday the same cloth and my dreams is to be better person tomorrow, to archive it, i need to go back to school? But I can I go back to school no place or even Money? One Igbo Boy David, which is my best friend mind you i am from Adamawa, told me to come and be staying in his Room, the next thing is to learn handwork, when learning the handwork, I see hell from my Master but that one is not Importan now, i double my hustling by going to site and do work, I gather money, i bought big generator and deep freezer and send the sum of 20k so that my Mother can start Business and i can also get help eventually i get admission, Glory be to God i got the admission and i need 30k to complete everything but My brother i got disappointment, to take my own life was the only thought on my head, i came down here on this Nairaland and some people Pray for me and encourage me to pick myself up, glory be to God, next year i will gradute and even for school right now it is not easy for me but i have faith in God that this hardship is just a matter of time. Please be strong.
