When God made the Sabbath, He poured His presence into time and made it Holy Yes, there is a difference between the days of the week. No other day was more expressly stated in the bible with an instruction of worship as the seventh day. God's presence is what makes a place/thing Holy. Keeping the sabbath is an acknowledgement of God's creative and redemptive power (Isaiah 56:2; 58:13-14). He also sanctifies us with his presence as we make the day a delight!
