What kind of job are you looking for?. What skills do you have?
Nobody can help you get a job in Canada, you will have to create a Canadian standard resume and cover letters, and apply for jobs yourself.
Anybody who guarantees you a job in Canada is most likely a scammer.
First, you need a valid full time job offer from a company. You will have to search jobs for yourself. There are websites like
jobbank.ca, Indeed.ca

Secondly, the company will apply on your behalf for an LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) to ESDC Canada.

If approved, you can then apply for a work permit with your job offer letter and positive LMIA documents.

Its a tedious process but not totally impossible.
