IT Support Supervisor

Location: Onitsha

Duties & Responsibility
· Installation & configuration of company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
· Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
· Internet monitoring, troubleshooting and management.
· Ensure periodic system security and data backup.
· Prompt response to IT related issues within the company.
· Serves as system administrator
· Provides support for the users especially company software
· Researching, identifying, and acting on opportunities to improve our systems.
· Routine system repair/maintenance & any other duties that might be assigned.


Job Requirements

· Proven working experience as an IT support or relevant experience
· Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
· Expertise in data Centre management and data governance
· Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
· Good knowledge of ERP especially sage300
· BSc in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
· Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
· 5-7 years’ experience of supporting SAGE systems ideally within FMCG environment
