I Need Help with my phone, once my data is on, Gionee Push sap it without me using it at all, it's a pre installed app don't know how to stop it. 1.5gig data gone without usage in 24hrs, anyone with a solution should please help out am fed up. ��♂️ 1 Like |

Try to disable the app. Long press on it then check if you have the option to disable it |

scarycuteface:The app cant be found, but I was able to force stop it, remove it from downloading from background, it still resume back after some hours.  |

Funjosh:Root your phone, install Titanium Backup, then locate and uninstall the bloatware. |

That’s the same issue I’m facing here I don’t know if it’s an app, 9mobile or the phone (iOS) 15gb gone in 2 days…. Now I’ll have to buy another [left][/left]
