Focus: Obedience is Simple

WORD FOR TODAY
Obedience to God becomes an issue each time the will of man is competing with the will of God. If you must be happy in Christ Jesus and have the life He wants to give you; simple obedience to His will is critical!!!

What the Lord requires from every man is simple and that is obedience to His will. To obey His word is not too big for the Lord to request from you. You must obey God to receive his blessing. The life the likes of Joseph, David, Daniel and Abraham had was achieved through obedience. They Enjoyed the fruit of obedience.

There is something that is required of you to do to be happy in Christ Jesus and be who He wants you to be; this is simple obedience. A peculiar turning point happened in the life of Abraham when he responded to God's call. That singular act is the reason behind everything we know about Abraham; If he had done otherwise we may likely not know or heard about him.

+ How simple is obedience to God's Word to you?

Lord! Don't let me waste away, deliver me from every act of disobedience to your word in Jesus name. Amen!!!
