Zionzoom:Regardless of your schedule, I think the key is making sure your body has time to digest some of the food before you go to sleep. Even better if you keep it on a regular schedule as far as meals so you don't develop digestive issues. 1 Like |

Zionzoom:We all have and live by different schedules so we can't all eat our meals at the same time of the day. |
