This is an open complaint to Mrs. Sadiyya Farouq, the Honourable Minister of Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs. On behalf of the Batch A and B exited Npower volunteers, I wish to say that the USSDC Code (*45665#) given for registration for various opportunities is not functioning. We hereby wish that the Ministry should work out better, functioning and easier means of engaging us to the various opportunities they have planned for us.
