There seems to be a new strategy with some cryptocurrency Exchanges like Binance and Kucoin where they employ fraudulent strategies to prevent traders from making profitable trades and preventing them from canceling open orders in the right time.



In this case, let's particularly look at KUCOIN which is unapologetically and notoriously ceasing people's funds and denying them access to their accounts.



Below are some screenshots of reviews from the google playstore to put things in perspective. Note that not everyone who encounters problems leaves a review on play store, meaning there are many who have not found a way to air their grievances



The important question is what can be done about it? Is there a body they can be reported to? Their customer support is practically dead.
