Someone is in need of developers to complete his property.l want to ask from the house, particularly from the barristers and estate developers and from experience men and women among the naira landers to counsel him.what are the pitfalls to avoid?Any harm in such a venture?How can on know genuine developers ?

As long as you didnt go into contract with the first developer or you parted ways with mutal benefit then you can seek for a new developer but if you want one I can recommend its up to you
