Please some one should help me out of this mess..

I bought a phone,I won't mention the brand here...

I bought it last year december this month I think should make it 4 months plus....

It's developed some kinda of issue that I regret ever buying it

So right now the phone has a spinal cord and kindey problem..... someone should me help out thank you
