University of Guyana has bachelor's and master's for 5,000 USD, and doctorates for 7,000 USD.

At Lincoln American University School of Medicine, the first year is 11,000 USD and subsequent years are 6,000 USD.

Georgetown American University has a BSN program for 7,000 USD.

You'll have to contact Greenheart Medical University to get tuition fees, but I suspect they're affordable.

There are many more schools offering programs that can go as low as 3000, but I suspect international students will be paying more like 5000 at the lowest.
