NDIOGAH:Their position regarding whether or not they will contest is cast in stone, capital no from the perspective of the law. Gentlerespect76:As of today 28/03/2022 section 84(2) of the amended electoral act is dead.Unless the appeal or supreme court(which me and you know Injustice Tanko will never rule against the cabal) sets aside teh judgement of the FHC umuahia that section is dead |
