Residential and commercial buildings you can buy before and when it's still under construction are off plan properties. Compared to a finished project, houses bought offplan are cheaper. To maximize profit, you can buy and hold or choose to flip. The risk here is that: project may face delay; and you don't make most of the decisions about the project final outcome.
