Why is this world so difficult and full of mystery why did God allow darkness to triumph over light ,God knows all he sees the future , birds have been created by God before the existence of electricity God knows in future there will be electricity and the birds would always perch on electricity wire so he made their legs bloodless to prevent electricity shock why then did God allow luggard to succeed in merging the 3 regions of Nigeria together why.

I don't think God allows anything to happen, there are laws and forces that make things happen.
I think God is somewhere taking a vacation, maybe sipping coconut milk under the sun.
It is all about freewill, any thing that happens is about will, some people just know how to use these laws and forces

You obviously thought The Curses in Genesis 3 among other Curses were a joke.
