A Front End Developer and the full stack person should have advanced technical skills and strong interpersonal skills to be effective on the job, including:

Proficiency in website programming languages such as HTML, C#, CSS, Python, C++ and JavaScript
Understanding of key website design principles and SEO optimization
Ability to use client input to create functional, creative and user-friendly webpages
Ability to test and debug websites
Analytical and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Observant and able to remain focused on tasks for long periods of time
Must be able to interprete and devolop figma, adobe xd

Nigerians lack professionalism when it comes to recruiting dev's.
why not get UI/ UIX developer
A Blackened developer with a full idea of a stack.
A DevOps to handle installations and other Related issues.

A Graphic designer to handle Graphic related designs.
A content writer eg. Copywriter to deal with writing and editing of client contents that makes your app scale.

A system Analyst to handle the initial analysis of the system.
