Microsoft .Net Programmers
Must have competent in using Microsoft’s technology to design, develop and implement software applications
A first degree (preferably Computer science) with at least two (2) years programming experience
Develop and maintain web based applications to customer specifications.
Good understanding of database structures (SQL Server 2000 and above), understanding of how to create and manipulate stored procedures and queries.
Translate business requirements into process / system impacts and functional requirements
Good Accounting acumen (Balance sheet, trial balance, etc)
Must have intrinsic knowledge, understanding and experience of how computers work, and communicate (network).

CLIENT APPLICATION SUPPORT
Must have competent in using implementing and supporting software applications
A first degree in any science or social science course (preferably Computer science or Economics)
Good knowledge of computer and customer relations
Business Analysis and Project Management Skills
At least two (2) years experience
Must have basic Accounting Dr/Cr principles
Proficiency with SQL-Server and knowledge of Crystal report will be an added advantage

Good skills in system evaluation to determine client workflows and train clients
Identify and document challenges associated with using the solutions
