Job Responsibilities:

.Ability to prepare payroll.

.In-depth knowledge of training methods and extensive experience as a training consultant in a related industry.

.In-depth knowledge of accounting software.

.Deliver training programs and workshops to employees or clients that motivate, improve competencies and performance, and directly impact results.

.Utilize individual or group performance results to check the effectiveness of training.

.Gather feedback on sessions from attendees for improving future content and presentation.

.Design a new training program and upgrade existing programs, including lesson plans and training aids as needed.

.Recommend resources and strategies that support and lead to market success and goal achievement.



Job Requirements:


.HND in Accounting or its equivalent.

.Practical experience in learning design and training in a group setting.

.In-depth understanding of instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles, adult learning and blended learning theory and strategies.

.Possess knowledge and perception of soft skills training, developing training simulations, and management training.

.Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and clearly transfer knowledge to learners.

.Effectively handle the different responsibilities of a training consultant, as well as manage multiple priorities.

.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint and other business-related software.

.Time Management Skills.
