Project in that context meant a planned undertaking.

The Lord is like a military general who gives weapons and dispatches people to their respective regiments.

The weapons are gifts.
And the regiments are specific callings.

You don't just wake up and assign yourself.
You have to be empowered and dispatched to your company.

The project is not from you, it is from the Lord.
You are to find your place and wait there.

Having a sweet voice doesn't mean you are assigned to be a minstrel.
Ability to speak oratorily is not the go ahead to occupy the teaching office either.

Because your voice could be used for cornflakes adverts or chocolate adverts.
Your oratory ability could be used to influence the community or society into meaningful ventures.
For example, teaching children in school.

You get my point?

Let your pursuit be God's plan and purposes for you.
Not what you see others do.
Or what you presume
Be you in God's plan.
Not a clone.
