Just like with Abia state, you don't hear of new projects and policy initiatives from Ebonyi. I think Abia and Ebonyi are the two states vying for the position of the worst run states in the south east. But i'm ready to conceed Abia is edging it a bit in the 'worst run state' competition in view of the minimal amount of revenue Ebonyi has to work with. That's not to say they can't improve their revenue profile given the abundance of agricultural opportunities at their disposal.  |
